Refund policy

Every Upstart Simworks game and collection sold on this site uses the same refund policy.

Email hello@upstartsim.com within 14 days of paying and we will refund you in full. The refund goes back to the card you paid with. The purchase is removed from the account it was attached to, when there is one.

After 14 days we may still refund a duplicate charge or a fault that stops the game from opening and that we cannot fix.
