Terms of use

These terms cover the studio site and purchases made here. By buying a game you get a personal licence to play that full game. It is a one-time payment of the price shown before you pay. It does not expire.

You can try a game before you buy. Buying is what makes the copy yours under these terms.

Refunds are described on the refund page: a full refund within 14 days.

Accounts inside a game, where a game has them, are for people aged 13 or older. Contact hello@upstartsim.com.
